Doğa schools is contributing to the finland education with its t-MBA.
The last day of the t-MBA Summits has been joyful with the continuous workshops and panels that t-MBA council students attended. The fourth day of Finland t-MBA Summit started with a workshop about the education system and the student council structure at Tampeeren Normaalikoulu. It has been clear in the workshop that the educational process is almost the same as in our school whereas the student council system is far from like the one in Doga Schools has been successfully implementing for the past eight years. t-MBA council presidents gave guidance and recommendations to Tampeeren Normaalikoulu student council. As part of the t-MBA digital partnership with the Finland school, our student councils will be mentoring the finish councils on their new journey to improve their council system.
After lunch at school Vincity Business, one of the giant companies in Finland, has been visited. The students were lectured about human resources management, how they run the system and the projects they realize in Vincity Business. Following this visit, they went on to attend to a panel at Tampere University in which the panelists were Finland Church Aid director, Aaro Rytkonen, Dean of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities at UTA, Risto Kunelius, renowned UTA professor, Howy Jacobs, and Secretary for International Affairs Student Union on UTA, Varpu Utila, who discussed ‘ Global Partnership Development’. The council students impressed the participants with the comments they made on this important issue. After the panel, the t-MBA students were kindly invited to Tampeeren Normaalikoulu again to attend the Finland t-MBA Summit award ceremony, where they encountered and enjoyed the Finnish hospitality. Doga Schools has been awarded with a plaque due to their contribution to the Finnish education system with t-MBA Program while all the participating council students have been given their
certificates and the day came to an end with a sweet tea party as if in a cosy family environment.
t-MBA students are going back to Turkey with the award they deserve after joining full educational and joyful activities and a short Helsinki tour the next day.
